Message from Property Manager

I've received the following message from Emeline.  Note the 3rd point (bold lettering mine).

Hi Robert,

Just confirming that I have sent through work orders to our contractors for the following:

-          Trevor Price – to check plumbing/sewers
-          Electra Services – To check oven (he has been today and oven was operational, the light had just slipped so he has re-positioned this).
-          Ben Pearce – to check foundations and see whether the property will be worth renovating (he will be in contact with you in regard to this)
-          Tibbs Electrical – To check RCD’s – He will also be in touch with you to discuss
-          Handyman – to investigate shower screen rollers

I am still trying to contact the tenant in regard to the final inspection, tip pass, keys and to see when the block is being mowed.

When I hear from her, I will flick you through an email to tee up a time to re-inspect the property.
