Taking Form

Christian spent the day putting up wall tiles and now I've got a better hint of what the bathroom will look like.

You will notice a line of thin tiles running at just above eye level.  They are called "mosaic" tiles and the idea is to give a bit of pizazz to the tiled wall, which I agree it does very well.  The idea came up during our visit last week to make a final decision on the wall tiles.  At one point I was blessed with four ladies discussing the possible color combinations of tiles and grout, three behind the counter and Brenda beside me.  I'm only a man but I'm  smart enough to seek all of the feminine help that I can get in matters of interior decoration.

Closeup of Bermuda drain

The closeup shot is of the Bermuda drain that I purchased on instruction from Christian.  A tile will fill the center of it and all that will be visible is a thin square line on the floor.  The shower drain will have a similar setup.
